We have the vision to change the mini storage rule in Hong Kong.  We hate "建築面積".  If you buy a packed apple juice, will it have 2 different volumes?  Will you pay $10 for a "FAKE 500 ml" apple juice that only might have 300 ml !!?  OR will you pay $10 for a "REAL 300 ml" apple juice?  They seem the same; however, the fake one may be more fake in the future.  Let say one year later, it may only contain 200 ml as the "500ml" means nothing for them.  "500ml" is simply a symbol or a name.  This is true here in HK.
